Om deze groei mee te ondersteunen, zoeken wij een Planner & Customer Service Medewerker. In deze gevarieerde functie combineer je planning met klantencontact en administratieve opvolging.

Wat doet een Planner & Customer Service Medewerker?

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van de agenda's van de installateurs.
  • Je contacteert klanten en plant afspraken in.
  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte en efficiënte planning.
  • Je verwerkt inkomende vragen van klanten en installateurs.
  • Je biedt ondersteuning aan klanten en zorgt voor een kwalitatieve dienstverlening.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van sales, customer service en operations.
  • Je verwerkt de nodige administratie en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging van dossiers.
  • Je bent perfect Nederlandstalig en goed Franstalig.
  • Ervaring als planner is een grote troef.
  • Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je bent klantgericht, nauwkeurig en georganiseerd.
  • Je houdt ervan om dagelijks te schakelen tussen planning, administratie en klantencontact.
  • Interesse in de automotive sector is een plus.

Belangrijk: Deze functie bestaat momenteel uit ongeveer 50% planning en 50% customer service. We zoeken iemand die zich goed voelt in deze combinatie en graag een afwisselende functie opneemt binnen beide afdelingen. De verdeling tussen planning en customer service kan in de toekomst evolueren volgens de noden van de organisatie.
