FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Ben jij iemand die graag het overzicht bewaart, snel schakelt en energie krijgt van het organiseren van een efficiënte planning? Dan is deze functie misschien precies wat je zoekt.

Voor een technische dienstverlener die dagelijks instaat voor de installatie, het onderhoud en de ondersteuning van telecom- en netwerkoplossingen, zoeken we een Planner / Dispatcher voor de outdoor afdeling. In deze rol zorg jij ervoor dat techniekers op het juiste moment op de juiste plaats zijn en dat interventies vlot en efficiënt verlopen.

Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waar elke dag anders is en waar jouw planning een directe impact heeft op de dienstverlening naar klanten.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Planner / Dispatcher ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt binnen het team. Je bewaart het overzicht over alle interventies en zorgt ervoor dat techniekers optimaal ingepland worden.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Opstellen en opvolgen van een efficiënte en realistische planning voor techniekers en interventies.
  • Snel schakelen bij onverwachte situaties, wijzigingen of dringende opdrachten.
  • Veelvuldig telefonisch contact met techniekers om de planning af te stemmen en bij te sturen.
  • Coördinatie en communicatie met collega’s, partners en klanten.
  • Beheer van de algemene mailbox en correcte opvolging van binnenkomende vragen.
  • Het bewaren van een duidelijke helikopterview over alle lopende en geplande interventies.
  • Actieve opvolging van de status van interventies en tijdige terugkoppeling naar betrokken partijen.
  • Problemen en escalaties aanpakken en zoeken naar de beste oplossing.
