Jij ziet geen chaos. Jij ziet een planning. Vijf technische projecten, verschillende installateurs op diverse locaties, een klant die een afspraak wil vervroegen en een levering die vertraging oploopt. Waar anderen stress ervaren, zie jij een uitdaging.

Voor een innovatieve speler binnen telecom- en technische oplossingen zijn we op zoek naar een Planner Installatie & Technische Projecten die achter de schermen alles in goede banen leidt. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de juiste mensen, met het juiste materiaal, op het juiste moment op de juiste plaats zijn. Als Planner ben je de centrale schakel tussen klanten, installateurs, projectleiders, engineers, leveranciers en het magazijn. Je bewaakt de planning, coördineert de voorbereiding van projecten en zorgt ervoor dat alle administratieve processen correct verlopen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden?

  • De planning en coördinatie van: Installaties, interventies en technische projecten efficiënt inplannen rekening houdend met beschikbaarheden, competenties, locaties en prioriteiten. Afspraken afstemmen met klanten, leveranciers en collega's. Wijzigingen, vertragingen en praktische afspraken tijdig communiceren en snel schakelen bij onverwachte wijzigingen in de planning
  • Voorbereiden van de projecten
  • Administratieve opvolging
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen planning, projectadministratie of een gelijkaardige administratieve functie
  • Je bewaart moeiteloos het overzicht over verschillende projecten en deadlinesJe werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig
  • Je bent stressbestendig en blijft flexibel wanneer situaties veranderen
  • Je communiceert professioneel en klantgerichtJe durft initiatief nemen en volgt acties actief op
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Frans - Kennis van Engels is een pluspunt
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ervaring met ERP-, plannings- of projectsoftware is een mooie troef
