Montage – focus op de dagelijkse werking

  • Samen met de verantwoordelijke voor Montage begeleid je meerdere montageploegen
  • Je bewaart het overzicht en onderneemt actie wanneer situaties dat vragen
  • Je detecteert knelpunten vroeg en voorkomt grotere problemen
  • Je waakt over efficiëntie, kwaliteit en vooruitgang

Service – jouw terrein

  • Je organiseert en plant alle service-interventies
  • Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat afspraken — intern én extern — correct worden nageleefd

En bovenal: je bouwt mee aan de toekomst

  • Je helpt de service-afdeling verder uit te tekenen en te verankeren
  • In samenspraak met collega’s selecteer en volg je geschikte onderaannemers op
  • Je denkt actief mee na over strategie, samen met uitvoering en marketing
  • Je breidt het dienstenaanbod stap voor stap uit zodat klanten maximaal ontzorgd worden

We zoeken iemand die de realiteit van de werf kent én vooruit kan kijken.

  • Ervaring als werf- of projectleider
  • Minstens een diploma hoger secundair onderwijs
  • Vlot in Nederlands en Frans
  • Sterk in planning en organisatie (ervaring met MS Project is een plus)
  • Je blijft helder en doortastend, ook wanneer de druk toeneemt
  • Je neemt initiatief en durft verantwoordelijkheid opnemen
  • Je wil mee wegen op beslissingen en resultaten, niet alleen uitvoeren
