Wil jij een cruciale rol spelen in de dagelijkse werking van een groeiende organisatie? Dan is deze job als Planner Onderhoudstechniekers in Kortrijk jou op het lijf geschreven!

Jouw rol als spilfiguur

Als Planner ben jij de onmisbare schakel tussen onze klanten, de interne organisatie en onze techniekers op de baan. Vanuit ons kantoor in Kortrijk zorg je voor een feilloze coördinatie. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de juiste technieker, met de juiste competenties, op het exacte moment bij de juiste klant staat. Hierbij verlies je klantafspraken, urgenties en efficiëntie nooit uit het oog.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Plannen & Optimaliseren: Je stelt de dag- en weekplanningen voor onze onderhoudstechniekers op en optimaliseert deze continu voor een maximale efficiëntie.
  • Preventie & Interventie: Je plant zowel de routinematige, preventieve onderhoudsbezoeken als de dringende interventies in.
  • Centraal Contactpunt: Je bent de stem aan de telefoon en de mailbox voor onze techniekers, klanten en interne collega's.
  • Ad-hoc Schakelen: Loopt een interventie uit of komt er een spoedklus tussendoor? Jij reageert snel, flexibel en adequaat om de planning weer sluitend te maken.
  • Administratie & Verbetering: Je zorgt voor de administratieve opvolging van de uitgevoerde werken en denkt proactief mee over hoe we onze planningsprocessen nóg beter kunnen inrichten.

Profiel

  • Ervaring: Je hebt een bachelor werk- en denkniveau of hebt al relevante ervaring opgebouwd in een logistieke of planningsfunctie. Ervaring met het inplannen van techniekers of serviceactiviteiten is een zeer sterke troef.
  • Toolbox: Heb je al gewerkt met een serviceplanningstool zoals Relyon? Dan heb je meteen een streepje voor!
  • Competenties: Je bent communicatief ijzersterk, werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig, en behoudt altijd het overzicht – ook als de druk oploopt.
  • Mindset: Je bent een rasechte problem-solver die initiatief durft te nemen.
  • Talen: Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands. Een goede basis of kennis van het Frans is een mooie plusprijs.
