Group Roefs is een snelgroeiende onderneming gespecialiseerd in rioolreiniging, inspectie, industriële reiniging en infrastructuurwerken. Om onze verdere groei te ondersteunen zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Planner die de dagelijkse planning van onze volledige groep in goede banen leidt.

Jouw functie

Als planner ben jij het kloppend hart van onze organisatie. Jij zorgt ervoor dat mensen, voertuigen en opdrachten elke dag optimaal op elkaar worden afgestemd. Geen enkele dag is hetzelfde: naast de dagelijkse planning los je onverwachte problemen en dringende interventies snel en doeltreffend op.

Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor zowel onze klanten als onze chauffeurs en zorgt ervoor dat onze dienstverlening steeds vlot blijft verlopen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Dagelijks opmaken en opvolgen van de planning voor de volledige Group Roefs.
  • Snel inspelen op dringende interventies en onverwachte wijzigingen.
  • Coördineren van chauffeurs, ploegen en materieel.
  • Klanten informeren en ondersteunen bij vragen of wijzigingen.
  • Dagelijks oplossingen zoeken voor operationele problemen.
  • Nauw samenwerken met collega's van planning, projectleiding en directie.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid opnemen voor een efficiënte en kwalitatieve planning.

  • Sterk is in plannen, organiseren en prioriteiten stellen.
  • Een groot probleemoplossend vermogen heeft.
  • Zeer punctueel en nauwkeurig werkt.
  • Flexibel is en zich gemakkelijk aanpast aan veranderende omstandigheden.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid durft nemen en beslissingen kan maken.
  • Communicatief sterk is tegenover klanten en medewerkers.
  • Graag werkt in een hecht team, maar ook zelfstandig initiatief neemt.
  • De ambitie heeft om mee te bouwen aan de verdere groei van Group Roefs.

Opleiding

Ervaring in onze sector is geen vereiste.

Wij zorgen voor een uitgebreide interne opleiding waarbij je wordt begeleid door ervaren collega's. Je leert onze werkzaamheden, klanten en werkwijze grondig kennen en wordt ondersteund zolang dat nodig is.

Werkomgeving

Deze functie vraagt een grote betrokkenheid bij het bedrijf. Je bent bereid om, wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt, ook buiten de normale werkuren bereikbaar te zijn om dringende interventies mee op te volgen. Flexibiliteit en verantwoordelijkheidszin zijn daarom essentieel.
