Wat ga je precies doen Als planner service heb je een veelzijdige rol, je zorgt ervoor dat alle werkzaamheden van monteurs in jouw regio in goede banen worden geleid. Je hebt veel contact met klanten en collega's waardoor je met oplossingen komt waar iedereen tevreden mee is. Hoe zien jouw werkzaamheden eruit? - Je hebt veel telefonisch contact met zowel interne als externe partijen - Je plant onderhoudswerkzaamheden - Je plant storingen en in-bedrijf-stellingen - Je beantwoordt vragen per e-mail - Je volgt bezoeken op

Dit doe je vanuit de serviceafdeling in Alphen aan den Rijn voor de gehele buitendienst (ruim 50 monteurs). Eén ding is zeker, het is nooit saai of stil op de afdeling en teamwork is een must. Functie-eisen Voor deze functie heb je een flexibele, enthousiaste en energieke instelling nodig. Samen met 6 collega's plan je zo'n 50.000 bezoeken. Wat heb je verder nodig? - Minimaal MBO+ werk- en denkniveau - Aantoonbare ervaring als planner, bij voorkeur in een omgeving met monteurs en klanten - Sterke communicatievaardigheden, daadkracht en besluitvaardigheid - Woonachtig in of nabij Alphen aan den Rijn

Over het bedrijf Je werkt als planner voor de grootste 24/7 serviceorganisatie voor drukverhogingsinstallaties in Nederland. Op de afdeling wordt preventief onderhoud, storingen, reparaties en vervangingen van pompinstallaties gepland en uitgevoerd.
