The posting

Voor een groeiende en stabiele KMO gespecialiseerd in bouwmaterialen en tuinmaterialen, zijn we op zoek naar een Service Planner. In deze gevarieerde spilfunctie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het stroomlijnen en coördineren van alle technische service-interventies en montageprojecten, en vorm je de centrale link tussen klanten, eigen technici en externe onderaannemers.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Opstellen, beheren en doorlopend optimaliseren van een efficiënte planning voor montageprojecten en service-interventies
  • Toewijzen van passende opdrachten aan technici en externe onderaannemers op basis van capaciteit en expertise
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten met betrekking tot planningsaanvragen, statusupdates en praktische afspraken
  • Waarborgen van een grondige voorbereiding van opdrachten door de opvolging van benodigde onderdelen, leveringen en werkbonnen
  • Zorgen voor een correcte en tijdige afhandeling van werkbonnen ten behoeve van een vlekkeloze facturatie
  • Bewaken van de veiligheid, efficiëntie en kwaliteit tijdens de uitvoering van werkzaamheden
  • Fungeren als vaste back-up voor het hoofd van de technische dienst
  • Je beschikt over een aantoonbare achtergrond als senior planner of coördinator en hebt een sterk organisatorisch vermogen
  • Je hebt een uitstekend technisch inzicht en bent gewend om oplossingsgericht te handelen
  • Je communiceert helder, professioneel en klantgericht in het Nederlands en hebt een goede basiskennis van het Frans
  • Je blijft gestructureerd, overzichtelijk en stressbestendig werken in een dynamische KMO-omgeving
  • Je bent proactief, initiatiefrijk en beschikt over een praktische hands-on mentaliteit
  • Je werkt graag nauw samen in teamverband en bent sterk in het opbouwen van professionele relaties met klanten en partners
