Dan is de vacature van Transportplanner iets voor jou! Wat ga je doen? Samen met je directe collega, ben je de drijvende kracht achter het soepel draaiende wagenpark. Zorg jij ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Jullie maken een zo efficiënt mogelijke transportplanning waarbij rekening gehouden wordt met klant-afspraken, personele bezetting, materieel en wettelijke kaders. De planningen worden gemaakt op dag/ week /maand niveau met behulp ons TMS systeem. Met jouw organisatietalent en communicatieve vaardigheden ben jij onder andere verantwoordelijk voor: - Het communiceren met de chauffeurs; - Het verwerken en opvolgen van transportorders met bijbehorende documenten; - Het onderhouden van contact met klanten; - Controle van aangeleverde data m.b.t. leverschema's, tijden en locaties binnen de warehouse operatie; - Het bewaken van en het tijdig regelen van (wettelijk) onderhoud. Wij vragen Dit heb je.. - MBO werk- en denkniveau; - 2 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie is een dikke plus; - Communicatieve skills om mensen mee te krijgen; - Goede computervaardigheden en kunt soepel schakelen tussen verschillende systemen, zodat je altijd efficiënt en probleemloos je werk kunt doen; - Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal. Dit kun je.. - Zelfstandige en proactieve houding aannemen; - Minimaal 32 uur per week werken; - Flexibel in het meedraaien van de wisselende diensten en 2 zaterdagen per maand beschikbaar; - Oplossingsgericht denken en weet altijd snel met creatieve en praktische oplossingen te komen, zelfs als de situatie complex is.
