Onze klant is een stabiele en groeiende logistieke speler in de ruime regio Antwerpen. Ze organiseren internationaal wegtransport voor zowel lokale ondernemingen als grote internationale klanten. Een hecht team van een tiental expediteurs zorgt er dagelijks voor dat uiteenlopende zendingen, van één pallet tot een volledige vracht, tijdig en efficiënt hun bestemming bereiken.

Als Planner Wegtransport Onderaannemers organiseer je zelfstandig transporten binnen voornamelijk de Benelux, Frankrijk en Duitsland. Je vormt de verbindende schakel tussen de klanten en externe vervoerders en volgt ieder dossier van aanvraag tot facturatie op. Je onderhandelt over de tarieven, stelt offertes op en zorgt ervoor dat elke zending correct wordt ingepland en opgevolgd.

Taken

  • Je onderhandelt met klanten en externe vervoerders over tarieven en voorwaarden.
  • Je maakt duidelijke offertes op en bezorgt deze aan de klanten.
  • Je plant en coördineert internationale wegtransporten, van losse pallets tot volle vrachten.
  • Je boekt de nodige tijdsslots bij laad- en loslocaties en bewaakt de afgesproken planning.
  • Je houdt klanten en vervoerders op de hoogte van de voortgang van hun transporten.
  • Je verwerkt alle gegevens correct ter voorbereiding van de facturatie.
  • Bij vertragingen of onverwachte wijzigingen zoek je snel naar een haalbare oplossing.

Profiel

  • Je hebt kennis in internationaal wegtransport. Ervaring binnen expeditie of transport is uiteraard een must.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk, werkt nauwkeurig en kunt verschillende dossiers tegelijk opvolgen.
  • Je communiceert vlot en durft stevig te onderhandelen over tarieven.
  • Je spreekt uitstekend Nederlands en beschikt over goede kennis van het Engels.
