The posting

Voor een snel groeiend bedrijf in Erembodegem actief in het bieden van een kwalitatieve brandbeveiliging bij veel bedrijven binnen België, zijn wij op zoek naar een Fire Safety Hero die verantwoordelijk is voor de dagelijkse (werk)planning en coördinatie van een 30-35 tal service techniekers.

Jouw taken:

  • Je coördineert niet alleen de planning, je bent ook het aanspreekpunt voor servicetechniekers.
  • Je staat klanten telefonisch te woord en plant de opdrachten in. Je schat in naargelang de behoefte van de klant, welke servicetechnieker je best naar welke klant stuurt.
  • Je volgt de servicetechniekers op bij de uitvoering van de planning.
  • Je behoudt het overzicht en maakt daarbij gebruik van een planningstool en ERP Software (Business Central).
  • Je stuurt de planning bij waar nodig (onvoorziene wendingen, panne, ziekte, ...)
  • Naast de planning, sta je ook in voor de verdere follow-up en coördinatie van het werkproces. Je volgt het geleverde werk (en werkbonnen) op tot het werk volledig afgerond is.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt een eerste werkervaring als planner, bij voorkeur van techniekers op de baan.
  • Je vindt het belangrijk om betrokken te zijn bij alles wat je doet voor je klanten en je collega’s.
  • Je gaat graag in overleg met klanten en je vindt het een uitdaging uit te zoeken wat hun noden zijn zodat je hierop kan inspelen.
  • Dankzij jouw accuraatheid en vlotte planning, bieden de servicetechniekers een optimale klantenservice aan.
  • Dagelijks onze klanten van a tot z ontzorgen op basis van brandveiligheid is jouw doel.
  • Je kan goed om met deadlines en weet koel te blijven in stress-situaties.
  • Je hebt interesse in brandveiligheid en begrijpt het belang hiervan.
  • Je bent handig met PC en hebt MS Office goed onder de knie, kennis van Business Central of een vergelijkbaar ERP systeem is zeker een meerwaarde.
  • Je bent zeer goed Nederlandstalig maar je beschikt ook over een basis Frans.
