Hou jij het hoofd koel wanneer planningen veranderen en verschillende werven tegelijk jouw aandacht vragen? Voor een groeiende KMO in de regio zoeken we een planningsverantwoordelijke die ervoor zorgt dat projecten, productie en montage vlot op elkaar aansluiten.

Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor de dagelijkse planning:

  • Je plant ongeveer 15 monteurs en enkele techniekers in en zorgt dat zij tijdig naar de juiste werf vertrekken
  • Je plant projecten in en bepaalt hoeveel werkdagen per werf nodig zijn
  • Je bewaakt de voorraad zodat het nodige materiaal beschikbaar is voor elke werf
  • Je volgt problemen of vertragingen in het atelier op en stuurt de planning bij
  • Je stelt prioriteiten op basis van deadlines en beschikbare capaciteit
  • Je houdt contact met klanten, projectleiders, productie en externe firma's
  • Loopt iets anders dan gepland? Jij zoekt snel naar een praktische oplossing en communiceert die naar alle betrokkenen
  • Je volgt de planning administratief correct op en denkt mee over verbeteringen
  • Je hebt een bacheloropleiding of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring
  • Ervaring met planning, werkvoorbereiding of projectcoördinatie is een plus
  • Je kunt overzicht bewaren, snel schakelen en duidelijke prioriteiten stellen wanneer de planning verandert
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht: bij vertragingen, materiaaltekorten of andere onverwachte problemen ga je actief op zoek naar een oplossing
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands en je durft ook Frans en Engels te spreken met klanten in heel België
  • Ervaring binnen bouw, industriebouw of een projectgerichte omgeving is een sterke troef
