In deze rol voor onze klant in Wijnegem ben jij het kloppende hart van de operationele werking en zorg je ervoor dat elk schip altijd met de juiste bemanning de haven verlaat.

Wat zijn jouw taken?

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de planning van onze bemanningsleden aan boord.
  • Je reageert snel en efficiënt op onverwachte omstandigheden, zoals bijvoorbeeld het organiseren van vervangingen wanneer nodig.
  • Dagelijks onderhoud je contact met het personeel aan boord en bouw je sterke werkrelaties op..
  • Je bent goed op de hoogte van de actuele situatie aan boord en zorgt voor een open communicatie tussen kantoor en schip.
  • Als schakelpunt met andere afdelingen ben je altijd op de hoogte van de operationele status.

Profiel

  • Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je beheerst zowel Nederlands, Duits als Engels, mondeling en schriftelijk. Deze talen zal je dagelijks gebruiken.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken maar bent ook een sterke teamspeler
  • Deadlines schrikken jou niet af! Je bent vastberaden om deadlines te halen met een sterke nadruk op nauwkeurigheid.
  • Stressbestendigheid en probleemoplossend vermogen zijn jou op het lijf geschreven.
  • Je kunt goed omgaan met weerstand en blijft professioneel onder druk.
