Door onze ambitie om complexe bouwprojecten aan te pakken, zoeken wij versterking voor ons team Planontwikkeling. Het verduurzamen van sociale woningbouw vormt een van de belangrijkste maatschappelijke opgaven van nu. In de rol van planontwikkelaar creëer je innovatieve oplossingen door verschillende mogelijkheden te onderzoeken. Je stemt af met stakeholders en werkt concepten uit tot concrete afspraken in duidelijke contracten. Je begeleiding strekt zich uit tot de daadwerkelijke uitvoering van het project. Een greep uit je werkzaamheden: - Voor uitwerking verzamel je alle projectinformatie. Je evalueert technische, energetische en onderhoudskenmerken van het gebouwencomplex; - Je houdt rekening met geldende wet- en regelgeving; - Met alle beschikbare data ontwikkel je meerdere concepten en scenario's die je presenteert aan stakeholders; - Je ondersteunt calculatiemedewerkers bij het samenstellen van kostenramingen in teamverband; - Het coördineren en realiseren van voorbeeldwoningen. Bij afwijkingen schakel je direct en stem af binnen het team; - Je communiceert met bewoners over plannen en komende werkzaamheden om draagvlak te creëren; - Na voltooiing draag je het project over aan de uitvoeringsafdeling; - Ook na overdracht blijf je beschikbaar. Voor, tijdens en na uitvoering ben je aanspreekpunt voor vragen over het ontwerp of bij onverwachte wijzigingen; - Regelmatige aanwezigheid op projectlocaties is vanzelfsprekend.
