Als Planvoorbereider stap je in op het moment dat een woningbouwproject nog verder moet worden uitgewerkt. Je kijkt verder dan alleen tekeningen en hoeveelheden. Jij onderzoekt hoe het plan technisch en praktisch haalbaar wordt. Je werkt aan complexe woningbouwprojecten, vaak op locaties in de stad. Je hebt contact met collega's, opdrachtgevers, adviseurs en co-makers en brengt de verschillende onderdelen van het plan bij elkaar. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor jouw deel van de voorbereiding en hebt invloed op belangrijke keuzes. Wat jij in deze fase uitwerkt, bepaalt mede hoe het project straks gebouwd kan worden. Het verschil met een reguliere Werkvoorbereider is duidelijk: je stapt eerder in het proces, wanneer het plan nog vorm krijgt. Een doorsnee dag Je begint met een woningbouwproject dat nog in voorbereiding is. Je bekijkt de plannen en technische uitgangspunten en brengt in kaart wat nog moet worden uitgezocht of aangepast. Een technische oplossing blijkt bijvoorbeeld nog niet goed aan te sluiten op de rest van het plan. Je neemt contact op met de betrokken adviseur en bespreekt samen wat nodig is. Vervolgens vertaal je de uitkomst naar het plan en stem je dit af met de andere betrokken partijen. Tussendoor bewaak je de voortgang van jouw voorbereiding. Je houdt overzicht over de openstaande punten en zorgt dat keuzes op tijd worden gemaakt. Het doel is steeds hetzelfde: een plan dat technisch klopt en waarmee de uitvoering verder kan.
