Denk aan Kop West in Alphen aan den Rijn (110 appartementen en stadswoningen) of Blooming in Zwijndrecht (51 appartementen). Je ziet kansen, brengt verschillende belangen samen en vertaalt plannen naar technisch haalbare oplossingen. Daarbij krijg je volop ruimte om mee te denken en richting te geven aan projecten in de beginfase van hun ontwikkeling. Jouw rol als planvoorbereider In deze rol vertaal je de eerste ideeën voor woningbouwprojecten naar concrete, haalbare plannen. Je onderzoekt de haalbaarheid, denkt mee over concept en ontwerp en zorgt ervoor dat plannen financieel, technisch en organisatorisch goed onderbouwd zijn. Je werkt nauw samen met opdrachtgevers, architecten, adviseurs, gemeenten, onderaannemers en collega's binnen Van Zanten Rotterdam. Je brengt verschillende belangen samen en zorgt ervoor dat een plan stap voor stap concreter wordt. Wat ga je doen als planvoorbereider? Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - het beoordelen van de technische haalbaarheid van het project; - het beoordelen van begrotingen, ramingen en ontwikkelplannen; - het signaleren van kansen, risico's en mogelijke optimalisaties; - het aansturen en coördineren van externe adviseurs en betrokken partijen; - het bewaken van de planning, kwaliteit, kosten en haalbaarheid; - het overdragen van een goed uitgewerkt plan aan het uitvoeringsteam.
