We zoeken een gemotiveerde Platform Support Engineer die ons L3-supportteam komt versterken en uitgroeit tot een technische sleutelfiguur binnen onze UCaaS- en connectivityplatformen.

Ideaal als je aan het begin van je carrière staat, een stevige technische basis hebt en graag bijleert. Je werkt nauw samen met ervaren L3- en L2-engineers, ondersteunt de dagelijkse operaties, lost incidenten op en bouwt stap voor stap expertise op in moderne communicatie- en netwerktechnologie.

Wat ga je doen?

Support & troubleshooting

  • Je bent derde lijn voor incidenten op onze UCaaS- en connectivitydiensten
  • Je helpt bij het troubleshooten van: Cloudtelefonie (VoIP / SIP) Microsoft Teams-integraties Connectivity (routing, switching, WiFi) Netwerkbeveiliging (firewalls, toegangsbeheer)
  • Je escaleert complexe problemen naar senior engineers of group engineering, met duidelijke documentatie en analyse
  • Je volgt de incidentmanagementprocessen en zorgt mee voor een snelle oplossing

Leren & groeien

  • Je bouwt kennis op van platformen zoals Cloud IPBX, CRM-integraties en SDWAN
  • Je leert van Level 2- en Level 3-engineers, via praktijkervaring en mentorship
  • Je leert van de group engineering-teams en brengt die kennis mee naar onze lokale supportomgeving
  • Je scherpt je troubleshootingvaardigheden en technisch inzicht actief aan

Documentatie & kennisdeling

  • Je werkt mee aan interne documentatie (how-to's, troubleshootingstappen)
  • Je houdt tickets en incidentrapporten helder en gestructureerd
  • Je helpt de kennisbank van het team verder uitbouwen

Operationele ondersteuning

  • Je neemt routinetaken en monitoring mee op
  • Je ondersteunt systeemchecks en health monitoring
  • Je detecteert terugkerende problemen en signaleert ze aan de senior engineers

Kennis & ervaring

  • 1 tot 3 jaar ervaring of een relevant technisch diploma (netwerken, IT, telecom ...)
  • Inzicht in netwerkfundamenten (IP, DNS, basisrouting)
  • Inzicht in VoIP- of telefonieconcepten

Mindset

  • Uitgesproken interesse in cloudcommunicatie en connectivitytechnologie
  • Analytisch: je gaat graag op zoek naar de oorzaak van een probleem
  • Zin om bij te leren in een technische omgeving die snel evolueert
  • Vlot in communicatie: je legt een probleem helder uit

Pluspunten

  • Ervaring met Microsoft Teams, VoIP of netwerkomgevingen
  • Interesse in scripting of automatisatie (bv. PowerShell, Python)
  • Certificaten zoals CCNA of ITIL, of de ambitie om ze te behalen

  • Senior Level 3 support engineer of team leader
  • Specialist in UCaaS, netwerken of platform operations
