The posting

Voor een farmaceutische productiesite in Antwerpen zoeken we een hands-on PLC–HMI Automation Engineer die in the field werkt binnen de maintenance dienst. Je pakt pragmatische projecten op en zorgt voor vlotte indienstnames/commissioning en aanpassingen aan bestaande installaties.

Wat je doet

  • Programmaties aanpassen aan bestaande PLC’s en HMI’s (timers toevoegen, sequenties aanpassen, interlocks, setpoints…).
  • Indienstname/commissioning na vervanging of toevoeging van componenten (bv. kleppen, sensoren, aandrijvingen, nieuwe instrumenten).
  • Visualisaties in HMI & PLC bijwerken en functioneel testen met operations & maintenance.
  • Troubleshooting on site: storingen analyseren en structureel oplossen; allround meedenken met productie.
  • Documentatie & papierwerk (as-built, change logs, test- en commissioning-rapporten) netjes bijhouden schrikt jou niet af.
  • Nauw samenwerken met E&I/maintenance, operations en externe contractors om stilstanden te minimaliseren.

Context

  • Werkregime: 4/5 on site (min. 4 dagen per week op locatie, 1 dag remote mogelijk).
  • Team: klein, allround en oplossingsgericht; jij bent een plantrekker die ownership neemt.
  • Ervaring met PLC/HMI in een industriële omgeving; commissioningervaring is een duidelijke plus.
  • Pharma-ervaring of affiniteit met hoog gereguleerde omgevingen is een plus.
  • Hands-on, in the field: je voelt je thuis tussen de lijnen van productie en onderhoud.
  • Probleemoplossend, zelfstandig en communicatief sterk; je schakelt vlot tussen operator, technieker en engineer.
  • Papierwerk & procedures (change control, testprotocollen, as-built) pak je gestructureerd aan.
  • Taal: Nederlandstalig (must).
  • Kennis van gangbare PLC/HMI-platformen (Siemens) is mooi meegenomen.
