Als PLC Programmeur Industriële Automatisatie werk je mee aan geautomatiseerde machine- en verpakkingsoplossingen. Je bent betrokken van softwareontwikkeling tot opstart en optimalisatie van installaties in een productieomgeving.

Jouw takenpakket omvat:

  • Ontwikkelen en programmeren van PLC-applicaties in Structured Text.
  • Opstellen van overzichtelijke, onderhoudsvriendelijke en overdraagbare software.
  • Testen, afregelen en optimaliseren van machines en geautomatiseerde installaties.
  • Uitvoeren van opstarten en indienstnames, inclusief FAT- en SAT-trajecten.
  • Analyseren en oplossen van storingen tijdens testen en opstartfases.
  • Samenwerken met engineering en techniek om installaties correct in werking te stellen.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid opnemen tot de machine stabiel, veilig en volgens specificaties functioneert.

Deze functie gaat verder dan een klassieke programmeerrol. Als PLC Programmeur Industriële Automatisatie ben je regelmatig aanwezig aan de machine en draag je actief bij aan de ingebruikname van installaties.

  • Bachelor- of masteropleiding in industriële automatisatie, elektromechanica, automatiseringstechnieken of een vergelijkbare technische richting.
  • Ervaring met PLC-programmering in Structured Text.
  • Kennis van machinebesturingen en industriële automatisatie.
  • Ervaring met het testen, afregelen en opstarten van machines of installaties.
  • In staat om technische problemen systematisch te analyseren en op te lossen.
  • Ervaring met het schrijven van gestructureerde en onderhoudbare software.
