Wat ga je doen? Als meewerkend ploegbaas en rechterhand van de projectleider ben jij de spil op onze werven. Wat ga je doen?

  • Je werkt actief mee en zorgt dat alles op wieltjes loopt;
  • Aansturen en begeleiden van je ploeg op de werf;
  • Mee instaan voor planning, veiligheid en kwaliteit;
  • Deelnemen aan werfvergaderingen en rapporteren aan de projectleider;
  • Rapporteren van voortgang en knelpunten aan de projectleider.
