Ben jij klaar voor een leidinggevende rol binnen een stabiel en groeiend bouwbedrijf? Voor een onderneming die bekendstaat om haar kwaliteitsvolle realisaties en sterke vakmanschap zoeken we een ervaren Ploegbaas.

In deze functie stuur je een team van monteurs aan en zorg je voor een kwalitatieve plaatsing van verschillende schrijnwerktoepassingen op diverse werven. Takenpakket:

  • Aansturen, begeleiden en evalueren van monteurs op de werf.
  • Plannen opvolgen en zorgen dat de vooropgestelde kwaliteit en deadlines worden behaald.
  • Bijsturen waar nodig in overleg met de projectverantwoordelijke.
  • Duidelijke communicatie met klanten en andere betrokken partijen.
  • Correct beheer van een eigen bestelwagen, inclusief materiaal en gereedschap.
  • Zorgen voor een veilige werkomgeving en naleving van alle veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Administratieve opvolging van aanwezigheden, voortgang en uitgevoerde werken.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen schrijnwerk, montage of een gelijkaardige technische sector.
  • Een technische opleiding, bij voorkeur houttechnieken, is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, klantgericht en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en bewaart steeds het overzicht op de werf.
  • Veiligheid is voor jou een absolute prioriteit.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en een basiskennis Frans of Engels om de communicatie met zowel klanten als collega's vlot te laten verlopen.
