Ben jij een natuurlijke leider met een passie voor de elektrotechnische sector? Werk je graag zowel zelfstandig als in een team en ben je in staat om jouw team te motiveren en te begeleiden? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou als ploegbaas! In deze rol ben jij de spil van ons team en zorg je ervoor dat projecten efficiënt en succesvol worden uitgevoerd.

Ben je een communicatieve en organisatorische kracht die goed kan schakelen tussen verschillende taken? Dit komt van pas bij het aansturen van jouw team, het bewaken van de voortgang en het opstellen van werkschema's. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van werkzaamheden en zorgt ervoor dat alle teamleden op de hoogte zijn van hun taken en verantwoordelijkheden.

Daarnaast ben je in staat om technische problemen snel te analyseren en op te lossen. Je zorgt voor een veilige werkomgeving en houdt toezicht op de kwaliteit van het werk dat wordt geleverd. Door jouw ervaring ben je ook in staat om nieuwe medewerkers in te werken en hen te begeleiden in hun ontwikkeling.

  • Heb je ervaring met het aansturen van teams in de elektrotechniek?
  • Ben je in staat om technische uitdagingen snel te identificeren en op te lossen?
  • Heb je een sterk gevoel voor veiligheid en kwaliteitsbewaking op de werkvloer?

Wij zijn op zoek naar een kandidaat die voldoet aan de volgende vereisten:

  • Een technische opleiding (minder of meer gelijkwaardig aan bachelor of master) in elektrotechniek, elektromechanica of een vergelijkbaar gebied.
  • Ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen de elektrotechnische sector.
  • Een goede communicator die gemakkelijk samenwerkt met teamleden en andere betrokkenen.
  • Een proactieve houding en het vermogen om oplossingsgericht te denken.
  • Een flexibele instelling en de mogelijkheid om zelfstandig te opereren.
  • Woonachtig in de buurt van Kalmthout of in staat om daar gemakkelijk te geraken.
  • Een drive om bij te dragen aan de groei en het succes van een KMO-omgeving.
  • Ervaring met Autocad, Stabicad en Dalux is een plus.
