Voor een bedrijf in Brecht zijn we op zoek naar een ploegbaas betonwerken.

Je verzorgt de praktische uitvoering van de werf in al zijn facetten. Je stuurt een kleine groep arbeiders aan, motiveert en en begeleidt ze.

  • Actief meewerken en zorgen voor het nodige rendement, zodat de planning gerespecteerd wordt.
  • Pro-actief toezien op veiligheid en kwaliteit, actie nemen waar nodig.
  • De communicatie met de opdrachtgever, en dit op een vlotte en duidelijke manier.
  • Rechtstreekse communicatie en rapportering aan de projectleider.

Voor hun burgerlijke bouwprojecten zoeken ze iemand die het team aanstuurt bij verschillende activiteiten:

  • betonplaten
  • sokkels
  • fundering

ProfielWat verwacht onze klant van je?

  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring met betonwerken.
  • Je weet je team als geen ander te motiveren.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een geldig VCA-(VOL-)attest.
  • Je spreek vloeiend Nederlands.
