Als dakwerker onderhoud & interventies op platte daken werk je in ploeg en voer je onderhoud, herstellingen en plaatsingen uit op platte daken.

  • Je voert interventies uit bij lekken en doorzakkingen in het dak.
  • Je breekt bestaande daken en dakonderdelen af.
  • Je plaatst dampscherm, isolatie en toplaag.
  • Je plaatst dakbedekking zoals roofing, EPDM en TPO.
  • Je plaatst randafwerking en werkt details af rond ventilatiekanalen en waterafvoeren.
  • Je plaatst groendaken.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor de functie van dakwerker onderhoud & interventies voldoe je aan onderstaande vereisten.

  • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring op een dak en je kan zelfstandig werken.
  • Je kan werken in verschillende weersomstandigheden (niet bij storm).
  • Werken op hoogte vormt geen probleem.
  • Je bent flexibel naar starturen en naar werven die verder of dichterbij kunnen liggen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en met oog voor precisie.
  • Je kent de nodige veiligheidsmaatregelen en past ze correct toe op de werf.
