Als ploegbaas coördineer je de dagelijkse werkzaamheden van jouw team elektriciens op de werf. Je zorgt voor een efficiënte planning, verdeelt de taken en bewaakt de kwaliteit van het werk. Met jouw technische expertise en probleemoplossend vermogen sta je klaar om jouw team te ondersteunen en complexe uitdagingen aan te pakken. Samen realiseren jullie projecten waar klanten op kunnen vertrouwen!

Wat jij gaat doen:

Als ploegbaas elektricien ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van een team van elektriciens en het coördineren van diverse elektrische installaties en onderhoudsprojecten. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle werkzaamheden volgens planning en specificaties worden uitgevoerd en dat de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen worden gehandhaafd.

  • Leidinggeven aan een team van elektriciens en hen motiveren om de beste resultaten te behalen.
  • Plannen en coördineren van dagelijkse werkzaamheden en projecten.
  • Toezien op de naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften en kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Uitvoeren van elektrische installaties, onderhoud en reparaties.
  • Oplossen van technische problemen en bieden van ondersteuning aan het team.
  • Communiceren met klanten en andere belanghebbenden over de voortgang van projecten.
  • Rapporteren van de voortgang en eventuele problemen aan de projectmanager.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als elektricien, bij voorkeur in een leidinggevende rol
  • Goede kennis elektrische installaties en systemen
  • In het bezit zijn van een rijbewijs B
