Functie

Voor een groeiende onderneming te Groot-Bijgaarden zoeken wij een gemotiveerde en ervaren ploegbaas om het team faciliteit aan te sturen. Je speelt een sleutelrol in het optimaal onderhouden van de gebouwen en installaties.

Jouw functie

Als ploegbaas ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse leiding van het onderhoudsteam. Je plant, coördineert en bewaakt de kwaliteit van alle onderhoudstaken en zorgt voor een veilige en efficiënte werking.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Leidinggeven aan het onderhoudsteam Aansturen, motiveren en begeleiden van de medewerkers. Verdelen van taken en bewaken van deadlines. Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor techniekers (timmerlieden, elektriciens, metselaars, schilders, loodgieters) en hen ondersteunen in hun dagelijkse werk.
  • Planning en coördinatie Opstellen van dag-, week- en maandplanningen voor onderhoudswerkzaamheden. Coördineren van de uitvoering volgens het planning. Oplossen van technische problemen en optimaliseren van de uitvoering van taken.
  • Kwaliteitsbewaking Toezicht houden op de uitvoering van onderhoudswerken. Bewaken van kwaliteitsnormen en naleving van regelgeving.
  • Veiligheid en conformiteit Toepassen van veiligheidsprocedures en zorgen dat het team alle veiligheidsinstructies naleeft. Identificeren en oplossen van veiligheidsrisico’s.
  • Communicatie en rapportering Effectief communiceren met andere afdelingen en de directie. Rapporteren over de voortgang van werken en signaleren van eventuele problemen. Motiveren van het team om continu de beste collectieve prestaties te leveren.
  • Technische kennis en administratie Beschikken over technische kennis en kennis van bouwtechnieken. Uitvoeren van administratieve taken gerelateerd aan het onderhoud.
  • Leiderschap en teamwerk Flexibel inspelen op de behoeften van het team. Snel motiveren en enthousiasmeren van medewerkers; een echte teamspeler zijn. Zelfstandig kunnen werken en snel urgente problemen oplossen.

Profiel

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen gebouwonderhoud of facilitair beheer.
  • Je beschikt over technische kennis en inzicht in bouw- en onderhoudstechnieken.
  • Je bent een sterke communicator en kunt effectief samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen en externe partners.
  • Je bent stressbestendig, oplossingsgericht en kunt snel schakelen bij urgente problemen.
  • Je bent flexibel, een teamspeler en kunt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands én Frans; kennis van Engels is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een geldig rijbewijs B.
