Wil je als HVAC-ploegbaas graag in een groter bedrijf aan de slag en houd je van grotere technisch uitdagende projecten?

We zijn op zoek naar ploegbazen voor grote sanitair / verwarming en koel-installaties. Wij zijn een bouwbedrijf dat actief is in de verwarming en sanitair , maar onze grote troef is dat we een eigen atelier hebben voor maatwerk.

Jouw takenpakket als Ploegbaas bestaat uit:

  • Team van monteurs aansturen en begeleiden
  • Het werk op de werf plannen en verdelen
  • Problemen op de werf helpen oplossen
  • De voortgang van de werken opvolgen
  • Meehelpen bij de installatie van verwarming, ventilatie en airconditioning indien nodig
  • ...

In onze firma werken een 70-tal medewerkers die dagelijks actief zijn op 30 tot 40 werven. Daarnaast communiceer je vlot in het Nederlands om een goede samenwerking op de werf te garanderen.

samen met je ploeg werken jullie aan de technische ruimtes in bvb; ziekenhuizen, het Havenhuis, het velodroom, grote fabrieken, ... Al het leidingwerk - montagewerk en elektrische aansluitingen worden op maat geïnstalleerd door jullie.

Rijbewijs B is noodzakelijk. 70% heeft een camionette mee naar huis.

Elke ochtend starten jullie met werken om 6u30 op de werf, het einde van de werkdag is voorzien om 15u. Overuren worden niet vaak gemaakt, er wordt 6 maanden tot een jaar op dezelfde werf gewerkt.

Je ontvangt een aantrekkelijk loon volgens PC 124, aangevuld met maaltijdcheques. Het bouwverlof hoeft niet vast te staan. Dit kan in overleg besproken worden.
