Wil jij jouw kennis binnen de wegenbouw gebruiken en een eigen team aansturen?

Wij zijn op zoek naar een collega-ploegbaas met ervaring binnen rioleringswerken. Onze firma is actief in diverse infrastructuurwerken binnen de openbare en private sector, met specialisatie in rioleringswerken, ondergrondse constructies en grote collectoren, ondersteund door een modern machinepark.

Je staat in voor een vlot en veilig verloop op de werf, waarbij je jouw team aanstuurt en samen zorgt voor de aanleg, herstelling en renovatie van rioleringssystemen.

Je takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Afkoppelen van woningen
  • Voorbereiden en uitvoeren van aansluitingen op de hoofdriolering en bestaande leidingen
  • Aankoppelen van buizen, putten en andere elementen
  • Aanvullen en verdichten van sleuven
  • Controle van de juiste helling en ligging
  • Enz.

Een goede kennis binnen de sector is noodzakelijk bij het aansturen van jouw team. Verder ben je bereid om overuren te maken en ben je in goede fysieke conditie. Daarnaast beheers je de Nederlandse taal, zodat je vlot kan communiceren met de collega's op de werf. Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B om het team op te pikken of jezelf te verplaatsen naar een oppikpunt.

Onze lonen vallen binnen PC 124, aangevuld met extra’s zoals maaltijdcheques van €8,50. Ook overuren worden steeds correct uitbetaald, boven op het loon.
