Ben jij iemand die de handen graag uit de mouwen steekt en geniet van het creëren van strakke, duurzame bestratingen? Dan is deze job als ploegbaas klinker- en bestratingswerker precies wat je zoekt!

In deze rol zorg je samen met je team voor de aanleg van terrassen, opritten, parkings en andere bestratingen. Je werkt met diverse materialen zoals klinkers, natuursteen en tegels, en zorgt ervoor dat elke ondergrond perfect wordt voorbereid. Jouw werk legt letterlijk de basis voor projecten waar mensen jarenlang van genieten!

Wij zijn een familiaal bedrijf waar de begrippen degelijkheid, afwerking en kwaliteit zeer hoog in het vaandel worden gedragen. De werken kunnen van zeer dichtbij opgevolgd worden omdat beide patroons dagelijks mee het terrein op gaan. “Ons Motto “ :een klein bedrijf blijven om onze klanten een persoonlijke service te kunnen bieden. Dit is tevens één van onze sterkste troeven om de concurrentiestrijd in onze sector aan te kunnen gaan.

Ter versterking zoeken wij een ploegbaas/plaatser verhardingen. Dit voor het leggen van: klinkers, kasseien, natuursteen, keramische tegels,...

  • Voorbereiden van de ondergrond door het egaliseren en aanbrengen van funderingen
  • Plaatsen van klinkers, tegels en boordstenen volgens technische tekeningen
  • Trekken van beddingen
  • Gebruiken van diverse gereedschappen en machines (trilplaten, zaagmachines, ...)
  • Zorgen voor een nette afwerking en naleving van kwaliteitsnormen
  • Samenwerken met collega's om de projecten tijdig klaar te krijgen

Je vertrekt 's ochtends van op het bedrijf, er wordt verwacht dat je hier op eigen krachten geraakt. In de wintermaanden start je om 7u en in de zomermaanden om 6u.

  • Je hebt ervaring met het plaatsen van klinkers.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs BE.
