The posting

Monument staat bekend als dé specialist in restauratie en renovatie van historisch erfgoed. Zij leveren vakmanschap aan unieke en prestigieuze projecten door heel België. Naast restauratie nemen zij ook nieuwbouw, projectontwikkeling en herbestemming van gebouwen op zich. Enkele van hun referenties zijn de IJzertoren in Diksmuide, de Menenpoort in Ieper en het Koninklijk Paleis in Brussel. Met trots dragen ze bij aan het behoud en de toekomst van nationale monumenten.

Jobomschrijving

Voor onze renovatie- en restauratieprojecten zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren ploegbaas. Je geeft leiding aan een ploeg vakmensen die werken aan monumenten en oude gebouwen verspreid over heel het land. Je begeleidt de werkzaamheden op de werven en bent verantwoordelijk voor het naleven van de kwaliteitsstandaarden die Monument hoog in het vaandel draagt.

Als ploegbaas fungeer je als het aanspreekpunt voor je team én voor de klant op de werf. Je ziet toe op de planning, bewaakt de voortgang en garandeert de veiligheid op de werf. Je bent in staat om een team te motiveren en te sturen, zodat onze projecten met de nodige zorg en aandacht worden uitgevoerd.

Jouw taken

  • Leiding geven aan een ploeg vakmensen bij renovatie- en restauratieprojecten.
  • Dagelijkse coördinatie van de werkzaamheden, incl. opvolgen van planning en materiaal.
  • Communicatie met opdrachtgevers, projectleiders en andere betrokken partijen.
  • Toezien op kwaliteit, veiligheid en naleving van de geldende voorschriften.
  • Oplossen van praktische uitdagingen op de werf.
  • Motiveren en ondersteunen van je ploeg.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Jouw profiel

  • Aantoonbare ervaring in renovatie/restauratie. Ervaring uitsluitend in nieuwbouw is niet voldoende.
  • Kennis van traditionele bouwtechnieken en materialen, affiniteit met monumenten en erfgoed.
  • Sterke leiderschapsvaardigheden en organisatorisch talent.
  • Flexibele, oplossingsgerichte houding; bereid om te werken op werven door heel België.
  • Vloeiend Nederlands.
  • In het bezit van rijbewijs B (verplicht).
  • Sociaal vaardig, communicatief en verantwoordelijk.
