Zorgen voor een veilige werkomgeving en kwalitatieve uitvoering van de werkzaamhedenAansturen en begeleiden van je team op de werkvloerTechnische plannen interpreteren en efficiënt vertalen naar de praktijkDe juiste inzet van mensen en middelen plannen en organiserenIngrijpen bij onvoorziene situaties en samenwerken met de projectverantwoordelijke om oplossingen te vindenBeoordelen van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden met oog op klanttevredenheidInvullen van administratieve documenten zoals onderhoudsrapporten en materiaalregistratieEvalueren van de werf na afloop en feedback verzamelen
