Als ploegbaas montage regio Gingelom ben je verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren en begeleiden van montageprojecten. Je coördineert de dagelijkse montageactiviteiten en zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking binnen je team. Je taken omvatten onder andere:

- Het 's ochtends oppikken van je team in regio Gingelom.

- Plannen en coördineren van montageactiviteiten op de werf.

- Technische ondersteuning bieden aan je teamleden.

- Opstarten en afsluiten van werven in samenwerking met de projectleider.

- Controleren van leveringen, materiaal en de juiste inplanting van de werf.

- Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles tijdens en na montage.

- Nauw overleg met projectleiding over voortgang en uitdagingen.

- Opvolgen van werk van leveranciers en onderaannemers.

- Motiveren en goede instructies geven aan je teamleden voor een efficiënte werkdag. Ben jij iemand die graag buiten werkt en verantwoordelijkheid neemt?
