Onze klant is een gevestigde waarde binnen de infrastructuur- en wegenbouw en realiseert zowel openbare als private projecten. Met hun expertise in rioleringswerken, grondwerken en burgerlijke bouwkunde werken zij dagelijks aan duurzame infrastructuurprojecten in verschillende regio's.

Heb jij ervaring in rioleringswerken en neem je graag de leiding op de werf? Dan is deze functie als ploegbaas misschien wel de uitdaging die je zoekt!

Als ploegbaas rioleringswerken ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse organisatie van de werf en stuur je jouw ploeg aan tijdens de uitvoering van diverse infrastructuurprojecten. Je combineert leidinggeven met meewerken op de werf en zorgt ervoor dat de werken veilig, efficiënt en kwalitatief worden uitgevoerd.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Organiseren en coördineren van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden op de werf
  • Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van jouw ploeg
  • Lezen en interpreteren van plannen en de werkzaamheden correct uitzetten
  • Plaatsen van rioleringsbuizen, inspectieputten en huisaansluitingen
  • Mee uitvoeren van riolerings- en grondwerken waar nodig
  • Toezien op een kwalitatieve afwerking van de werken
  • Bewaken van de veiligheid, orde en netheid op de werf
  • Nauw samenwerken met de werfleider over de planning en voortgang van de projecten
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor jouw ploeg en zelf het goede voorbeeld geven

Voor deze functie zoeken we een ervaren bouwprofessional die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en collega's weet te motiveren.

Je beschikt over:

  • Ervaring binnen rioleringswerken, grondwerken of infrastructuurwerken
  • Ervaring als ploegbaas of de ambitie om door te groeien naar een leidinggevende functie
  • Technisch inzicht en het vermogen om plannen correct te lezen
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en een hands-on mentaliteit
  • Leiderschap en goede communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en een efficiënte werkorganisatie
  • De bereidheid om zelf actief mee te werken op de werf
  • Een rijbewijs B; een rijbewijs BE of C is een extra troef
