Een goede ploegbaas doet meer dan taken verdelen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren, houdt de planning in het oog en springt zelf bij waar nodig. Zo zorg je ervoor dat elke werf veilig, efficiënt en volgens afspraak wordt afgewerkt.

Binnen deze vacature ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het dagelijks aansturen van een ploeg wegenwerkers.
  • Het organiseren en coördineren van de werkzaamheden op de werf.
  • Actief meewerken aan wegen-, riolerings- en grondwerken.
  • Het opvolgen van de planning en de kwaliteit van de uitgevoerde werken.
  • Toezien op veiligheid, orde en een vlotte samenwerking.
