WAT ZAL JE DOEN?

  • Je stuurt het team wegenwerkers aan en motiveert hen bij de uit te voeren werkzaamheden.
  • Je bewaakt de voortgang en verzekert een correcte en kwalitatieve uitvoering van de werken.
  • Je staat in voor de werkverdeling van de arbeiders overeenkomstig met afgesproken activiteiten, vrijgegeven plannen, tijdafspraken,…
  • Je bewaakt de prestaties van jouw mensen en geeft deze correct door aan de werfleiders.
  • Tenslotte werk je zelf actief mee op de werf.
  • Je hebt ervaring met riolerings-/wegeniswerken en hebt de nodige materiaalkennis.
  • Je bent flexibel.
  • Je geeft leiding aan een team van arbeiders en doet dit op een mensgerichte/resultaatgerichte manier.
  • Je werkt het liefst in een team.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis Nederlands.
  • Je bent in bezit van een rijbewijs B.
