Jobomschrijving

Voor een dynamisch productiebedrijf in volle groei zoeken wij een meewerkend ploegverantwoordelijke voor de productie- of verpakkingslijnen. In deze functie stuur je een team van 10 tot 15 medewerkers aan en heb je de operationele leiding over een volledige afdeling of lijn.

Wat ga je doen?

Als ploegchef in de productie en verpakking:

  • Je staat in voor de opstart, controle, bijsturing en reiniging van geautomatiseerde productielijnen.
  • Je bewaakt een vlotte en kwalitatieve uitvoering van de geplande productieopdrachten.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor je ploeg.
  • Je stelt verpakkingsmachines in via bedieningsschermen, staat in voor de reiniging en lost kleine storingen op.
  • Je bewaakt de uitvoering van de verpakkingsplanning en grijpt in waar nodig.
  • Je helpt actief mee en denkt na over mogelijke verbeteringen binnen het proces.
  • Je werkt in de vaste nacht.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een diploma secundair onderwijs of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, bent een teamspeler en toont initiatief.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt vlot Nederlands.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het besturen van een heftruck.
  • Ervaring in een productie- of verpakkingsomgeving is een pluspunt.
  • Leidinggevende ervaring is een troef.
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar qua werkuren.
