Binnen jouw rol kom je terecht in een omgeving waar je niet alleen een team aanstuurt, maar ook daadwerkelijk impact hebt op de dagelijkse productie. Je krijgt de ruimte om processen kritisch te bekijken, verbeteringen aan te brengen en samen met je team te streven naar een kwalitatief eindproduct.

Als Ploegchef Verspaning combineer je jouw technische ervaring met leidinggevende verantwoordelijkheid. Je bewaakt de productieplanning, zorgt ervoor dat de vooropgestelde doelstellingen worden behaald en houdt voortdurend een oog op kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • De productieplanning opstellen en ervoor zorgen dat de dagelijkse productiedoelstellingen worden behaald
  • De werkzaamheden binnen jouw ploeg organiseren en de prioriteiten duidelijk bepalen
  • Het productieproces nauwgezet opvolgen en afwijkingen tijdig detecteren
  • Productiegegevens analyseren en actief zoeken naar mogelijkheden om processen te optimaliseren
  • Jouw team begeleiden en ondersteunen bij technische of operationele uitdagingen
  • Toezien op de correcte naleving van kwaliteits- en veiligheidsvoorschriften
  • Instaan voor orde en netheid binnen de productieomgeving
  • Resultaten, aandachtspunten en verbeteringsvoorstellen rapporteren aan de Technisch Directeur
  • Meedenken over efficiëntere werkmethodes en verbeteringen binnen de afdeling
  • Een goede samenwerking en duidelijke communicatie binnen de ploeg stimuleren
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen verspaning en beschikt over een stevige technische bagage
  • Je hebt inzicht in productieprocessen en weet hoe je een team op een efficiënte manier organiseert
  • Je bent Franstalig en beschikt over een goede kennis van het Nederlands omwille van veiligheidsvoorschriften
  • Jezelf kan je omschrijven als verantwoordelijk, analytisch en hebt de maturiteit om zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen
