Teamverantwoordelijke Montage | Zelf meewerken, je ploeg vooruithelpen Jij staat graag zelf tussen de mensen op de werf, maar haalt er ook voldoening uit om een ploeg goed te laten draaien. Je weet wat technisch werk vraagt, ziet snel wat er moet gebeuren en helpt collega’s vooruit wanneer dat nodig is. In deze functie combineer je montagewerk met verantwoordelijkheid en werk je mee aan uiteenlopende projecten in West-Vlaanderen. Geen job vanop afstand, maar een rol waarin je zelf de handen uit de mouwen steekt en samen met je ploeg zichtbaar resultaat neerzet.

Wat ga je doen? Als teamverantwoordelijke montage trek je dagelijks met twee collega’s naar verschillende projecten. Je werkt actief mee en zorgt tegelijk voor een duidelijke taakverdeling en een vlotte uitvoering. Jouw werkdag bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Je monteert metaalconstructies op maat bij klanten
  • Je voert mechanische montagewerken uit en springt bij bij laswerk
  • Je verdeelt de taken binnen jouw ploeg volgens de planning
  • Je geeft duidelijke instructies en ondersteunt collega’s op de werf
  • Je stemt praktisch af met de klant en de projectopvolger
  • Je volgt de voortgang op en stuurt bij wanneer dat nodig is
  • Je leest technische plannen en vertaalt ze naar de uitvoering
  • Je controleert de afwerking voor het project wordt opgeleverd
  • Je houdt rekening met de veiligheidsafspraken op de werf
  • Je blijft zelf actief betrokken bij de technische werkzaamheden

Je krijgt vertrouwen om jouw ploeg op jouw manier te organiseren. Tegelijk sta je er niet alleen voor: je kan rekenen op korte communicatielijnen en technische ondersteuning wanneer een project daarom vraagt.

Waar ga je werken? Onze klant is een technisch bedrijf met ruime ervaring in industriële projecten en metaalconstructies. Je werkt mee aan maatwerk dat varieert van constructiewerk tot de montage van technische installaties.

  • Kennis van lassen of mechanica vormt een sterke troef
  • Je hebt al collega’s aangestuurd of bent klaar om die stap te zetten
  • Je kan technische plannen begrijpen en praktisch toepassen
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt aandacht voor een verzorgde afwerking
  • Je houdt het overzicht en organiseert het werk op een logische manier
  • Je communiceert duidelijk met collega’s en klanten
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid zonder het contact met de werkvloer te verliezen
  • Je werkt veilig en zorgt mee voor een ordelijke werkzone
  • Je werkt graag op verplaatsing binnen West-Vlaanderen
