Heb je enkele jaren ervaring als elektricien en ben je klaar om naast je eigen werk ook collega’s aan te sturen?

Voor een stabiel en groeiend familiebedrijf zoeken we discreet een ploegchef elektriciteit. Je combineert technisch meewerken met het verdelen van taken, opvolgen van kwaliteit en begeleiden van één of meerdere techniekers.

Deze functie past bij iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt, maar zelf ook nog dicht bij de uitvoering wil blijven.

Wat ga je doen?

Als ploegchef zorg je ervoor dat de werkzaamheden technisch correct, veilig en efficiënt uitgevoerd worden.

Concreet zal je:

  • zelf meewerken aan elektrische installaties;
  • instructies geven aan één of meerdere techniekers;
  • taken verdelen en de voortgang opvolgen;
  • toezien op kwaliteit, veiligheid en rendement;
  • plannen, schema’s en werkopdrachten correct interpreteren;
  • materialen en toestellen juist laten toepassen;
  • eenvoudige technische problemen zelfstandig oplossen;
  • initiatief nemen wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt;
  • controleren of het werk correct en volledig is uitgevoerd;
  • schriftelijk rapporteren over de uitgevoerde werken en eventuele moeilijkheden;
  • afstemmen met collega’s, werfverantwoordelijken en zaakvoerders.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken een ervaren elektricien die natuurlijk leiding neemt en tegelijk praktisch blijft meewerken.

Daarnaast:

  • heb je meerdere jaren ervaring binnen elektriciteit;
  • ken je elektrische materialen, toestellen en hun toepassingen;
  • kan je zelfstandig én in ploegverband werken;
  • kan je duidelijke instructies geven;
  • durf je beslissingen nemen bij eenvoudige problemen;
  • bewaak je zowel de technische kwaliteit als het rendement;
  • werk je nauwkeurig en kom je afspraken na;
  • kan je een duidelijk schriftelijk rapport opstellen;
  • communiceer je vlot in het Nederlands.

Eerdere ervaring als ploegchef is mooi meegenomen, maar ook een sterke elektricien die vandaag al spontaan collega’s begeleidt, kan klaar zijn voor deze stap.
