FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Voor een gespecialiseerd installatiebedrijf zoeken we een Ploegchef Elektrische Installaties. In deze leidinggevende functie stuur je een team van elektriciens aan en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van complexe elektrische installaties. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, planning en veiligheid op de werf en zorgt ervoor dat projecten vlot en volgens de hoogste normen worden opgeleverd

  • Leiding geven aan een team van elektriciens op de werf
  • Lezen, interpreteren en toelichten van elektrische plannen en schema's
  • Coördineren van de uitvoering van elektrische installaties, van opstart tot oplevering
  • Organiseren en verdelen van de werkzaamheden binnen het team
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang van de werken
  • Oplossen van technische uitdagingen in overleg met de bedrijfsleiding
  • Rapporteren over de voortgang en eventuele knelpunten
  • Actief meewerken aan de installatie waar nodig en zorgen voor een kwalitatieve afwerking

PROFIEL

  • Opleiding elektriciteit of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Meerdere jaren ervaring als elektricien binnen installatietechnieken.
  • Sterke technische kennis van elektrische installaties.
  • Ervaring met het aansturen en begeleiden van een team.
  • Technische plannen en schema's vlot kunnen lezen en interpreteren.
  • Zelfstandig, georganiseerd en verantwoordelijk.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een coachende ingesteldheid.
  • Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands.
  • BA4, BA5 en/of VCA-certificaat is een sterke troef.
