Als ploegchef/netwerkbeheerder van onze ploeg ¿TIQ¿ ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen en coördineren van een klein team van netwerkbeheerders. Je coördineert en voert samen met je team alle werkzaamheden uit volgens de normen van kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie. Als ploegchef zorg je ook voor de werkvoorbereiding en planning. Hierbij speel je een cruciale rol in het efficiënt organiseren en beheren van de onderhoudswerkzaamheden. Je zorgt er ook voor dat alle resources, materialen en documentatie beschikbaar zijn zodat de werkzaamheden vlot kunnen verlopen.

Tasks

Hoofdtaken

  • Implementeren en beheren van lokale en wide area netwerkinfrastructuur
  • · Configureren en onderhouden van routers, switches, firewalls en andere netwerkapparatuur
  • · Bewaken van netwerkprestaties en het tijdig identificeren en oplossen van eventuele storingen of bottlenecks
  • · Uitvoeren van regelmatige netwerktests en -evaluaties om de beveiliging en prestaties te waarborgen
  • · Implementeren en handhaven van beveiligingsprotocollen en - maatregelen om netwerkrisico's te minimaliseren
  • · Opstellen van documentatie, handleidingen en rapporten met betrekking tot netwerk-configuraties, wijzigingen en problemen
  • · Uitvoeren van de werkvoorbereiding:
  • o Identificeren, bestellen/reserveren van materialen
  • o Samenstellen van technische documentatie
  • o Communicatie en coördinatie met externe firma's
  • · Inplannen van de werkzaamheden en resources
  • · Coördineren met productie en andere technische teams
  • · Coördineren en toezicht houden op de onderhoudswerken
  • · Rapporteren van problemen aan de ICT-manager
  • · Identificeren van opleidingsbehoeften binnen het team
  • · Bijdragen aan continue verbetering en innovatie binnen de organisatie

Bijkomende taken

  • Deelnemen aan managementmeetings en projectmeetings
  • · Opvolgen van SAT (Site Acceptance Test) bij projecten
  • · Deelnemen aan een permanentierol

Uw Profiel :

  • Bachelor diploma in IT, informatica, netwerkbeheer of een gerelateerd vakgebied of aantoonbare relevante werkervaring
  • · Aantoonbare ervaring met het beheren van complexe netwerkinfrastructuren
  • · Diepgaande kennis van netwerkprotocollen, -architecturen en -beveiliging
  • · Ervaring met het configureren en beheren van routers, switches, firewalls en andere netwerk-apparatuur
  • · Vaardigheden in netwerkdiagnostiek en probleemoplossing
  • · Certificering zoals Cisco CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network+ of verglijkbare certificaten zijn een pluspunt
  • · Bekendheid met virtualisatie- en cloudtechnieken is wenselijk
  • · Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden
  • · Analyse van storingsmeldingen
  • · Goede kennis van beide landstalen (NL/FR) is een pluspunt
