Wat ga je doen?

  • Je stuurt jouw team aan op de werf, en springt zelf mee in.
  • Je leest plannen, maakt de juiste inschattingen en zorgt dat iedereen weet wat te doen.
  • Je monteert en last pijpleidingen in kunststof of RVS.
  • Je lost kleine problemen zelfstandig op.
  • Je overlegt met collega’s en speelt vlot in op vragen van de klant.

Je werkt vooral op werven in West- en Oost-Vlaanderen, altijd met collega’s die je kent en vertrouwt. Je bent geen chef die erboven staat, maar iemand die het team mee op sleeptouw neemt.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht bij een stabiel bedrijf dat draait op vakkennis en samenwerking. De sfeer is nuchter, de aanpak eerlijk. Er wordt goed werk geleverd, maar er is ook ruimte voor een babbel of een grap. Je werkt aan diverse projecten, zonder elke dag uren ver te moeten rijden. Geen stressfabriek, maar een plek waar gewerkt wordt met gezond verstand én met hart voor de stiel.

  • Je hebt al wat ervaring met piping of TIG-lassen (of je leert het snel bij).
  • Je kan plannen lezen, vooruitdenken en duidelijk communiceren.
  • Werken op hoogte of fysiek werk schrikt je niet af.
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B.
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal.
