Voor uiteenlopende restauratie- en renovatieprojecten zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren vakman die zijn technische kennis wil combineren met leiderschap.

Heb jij een passie voor historisch erfgoed en restauratie? Krijg je energie van het aansturen van een team op de werf? En wil je meewerken aan unieke projecten die zichtbaar impact hebben op ons bouwkundig erfgoed? Dan is deze functie jouw volgende uitdaging.

Als ploegchef werk je mee aan het herstellen en behouden van historische gebouwen en authentieke constructies, waarbij kwaliteit, vakmanschap en teamwork centraal staan.

Jouw uitdaging:

  • Restaureren met respect voor erfgoedJe werkt actief mee aan restauratieprojecten van zowel binnen- als buitenelementen. Met oog voor detail en respect voor het oorspronkelijke karakter draag je bij aan het behoud van waardevol bouwkundig erfgoed.
  • Leiding geven op de werfAls ploegbaas stuur je dagelijks een team van restauratiemedewerkers aan. Organiseert de werkzaamheden op de werf, verdeelt taken en volgt de voortgang op Je motiveert en begeleidt collega's
  • Communicatie en samenwerkingJe vormt de schakel tussen de werfleiding en jouw ploeg. Overlegt dagelijks met collega's en werfleiding en signaleert aandachtspunten en opportuniteiten
  • Veiligheid en kwaliteitVeilig werken staat voorop. Je waakt over de naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften en stimuleert veilig gedrag binnen het team Je levert kwalitatief werk af waar je trots op kunt zijn

Je bent een vakman met technische kennis, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en een passie voor bouwen en restaureren.

Je beschik daarnaast over:

  • technische achtergrond in bouw, restauratie of renovatie mét interesse in erfgoed, vakmanschap en bouwtechnieken.
  • Leiderschapskwaliteiten en teamspirit
  • Een goede kennis Nederlands én een geldig rijbewijs B
