Ben jij een natuurlijke coach die zowel het overzicht bewaart als graag zelf de handen uit de mouwen steekt? Zoek je een functie waarin je een cruciale schakel bent binnen een groeiende en bijzonder kwaliteitsgedreven productieomgeving? Dan heeft Start People een mooie uitdaging voor jou bij een toonaangevend voedingsbedrijf met een sterke lokale verankering en internationale uitstraling.

Als Supervisor leid je het Plant Management Support team, een hecht team van vier collega’s dat de volledige productiesite ondersteunt op het vlak van personeelsplanning, productie-administratie en personeelsondersteuning (kledij, toegang, veiligheidsschoenen …).

Je zorgt voor:

  • Een vlotte dagelijkse werking van het team en een duidelijke structuur.
  • Coaching en ondersteuning van je medewerkers: jij bent hun aanspreekpunt, klankbord en back-up.
  • Optimalisatie van processen: met jouw kritische blik detecteer je verbeterpunten en stuur je zowel grote projecten als kleine quick wins in de juiste richting.
  • Een sterke operationele impact: wat jouw team doet, voel je in de hele productiesite en dat geeft jouw werk betekenis.

Je combineert dus leidinggeven met meedenken, meewerken en vooruitkijken. Zo bouw je mee aan een efficiënte organisatie die trots is op haar mensen én haar producten.

Je herkent jezelf in onderstaande eigenschappen:

  • Je beschikt over een Masterdiploma in een economische of operationsgerichte richting.
  • Je hebt ervaring met planning (productie, diensten of logistiek) en al een eerste leidinggevende rol achter de rug hebt.
  • Je bent een coach die zowel operationeel ondersteunt als richting geeft.Beslissingen durft nemen, maar ook graag samenwerkt met andere teams en afdelingen.
  • Je werkt vlot met digitale tools en spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels.
