Als meewerkend ploegleider elektriciteit zal u instaan voor de aansturing van een klein team medewerkers en/of onderaannemers voor de aansturing van volgende werken op een aan u toegewezen werf:

Deze taken omvatten:

  • Aanleggen van het kabeltracé: kabelgoten, -ladders, sporadisch grachten tracés
  • Het trekken van kabels
  • Plaatsen van statieven van lokale bedieningskasten, instrumentatie
  • Het aansluiten van de lokale bedieningskasten en het algemene laagspanningsbord
  • Het aansluiten van motoren en verbruikers
  • Het aansluiten van de verschillende meetapparatuur (o.a. debietmeters, ultrasone niveaumeters, hydrostatische niveaumeters)
  • Tijdig melden als er extra materiaal nodig is op de werf
  • Ontvangen van leveringen op de werf
  • Diploma A3 of A2 in elektriciteit of elektromechanica.
  • Hands-on mentaliteit met een sterke focus op praktische toepassingen en het vermogen om complexe elektrische systemen te begrijpen en te onderhouden.
  • Werkzaamheden kunnen zien, wat betekent dat je in staat bent om technische problemen te identificeren en op te lossen door middel van directe observatie en analyse.
  • Initiatief nemen, vooruitdenken en verantwoordelijkheidszin tonen, wat betekent dat je zelfstandig kunt werken, proactief bent in het zoeken naar verbeteringen en de verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor je handelingen en resultaten.
  • Constructief en oplossingsgericht meedenken, wat inhoudt dat je actief deelneemt aan teambesprekingen en bijdraagt aan het vinden van effectieve oplossingen voor technische uitdagingen.
  • Veilig werken is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring in het aansturen van een klein team.
  • Werkervaring van 3 tot 5 jaar is vereist.
  • In bezit van Rijbewijs B want de werven zijn gelegen in heel Vlaanderen.
