Een goede ploegleider kent niet alleen de productie, maar vooral ook zijn mensen. Je merkt wanneer iemand extra uitleg nodig heeft, geeft vertrouwen aan ervaren collega's en zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe medewerkers zich snel thuis voelen in hun job.

In deze functie krijg je een ploeg van 5 tot 10 collega's onder je vleugels en help je hen om elke dag samen een goed resultaat neer te zetten.

Wat ga je doen? Je bent voor jouw medewerkers het eerste aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer en zorgt voor structuur, ondersteuning en duidelijke afspraken.

  • Je begeleidt machinebedieners, productiemedewerkers en heftruckchauffeurs tijdens hun werk
  • Je motiveert je collega's en helpt hen verder wanneer ze tegen problemen aanlopen
  • Je maakt tijd voor feedback en voert jaarlijks individuele gesprekken met je medewerkers
  • Je luistert naar ideeën vanuit je ploeg en denkt zelf mee over manieren om het werk eenvoudiger of efficiënter te organiseren

Waar ga je werken? Je kan werken vanuit Desselgem, Wielsbeke, Oostrozebeke of Avelgem. Achter deze vacature staat een grote industriële werkgever die producten ontwikkelt die je terugvindt in woningen, kantoren en openbare gebouwen over de hele wereld. Ondanks de internationale schaal wordt op de verschillende productiesites sterk ingezet op lokale teams, interne opleiding en doorgroeimogelijkheden. Medewerkers krijgen zo de kans om zowel technisch als persoonlijk verder te ontwikkelen.
