Wat ga je doen?

Voor onze klant in Bilzen zijn we op zoek naar een Ploegleider Spuitgieten om hun team te versterken. In deze rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van de dagelijkse activiteiten in de spuitgiethal, waar er voornamelijk kratten geproduceerd worden op geautomatiseerde lijnen. Jij bent de drijvende kracht die het team motiveert en ervoor zorgt dat de machines optimaal draaien volgens de productieplanning.

Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Aansturen van de dagelijkse activiteiten in de spuitgiethal. - Zorgen dat het productieplan gevolgd wordt met optimale machineprestaties. - Bewaken van veiligheid, kwaliteit, cyclustijden en output. - Rapporteren van de productie in IFS (output, downtime, ...) - Meewerken in een volcontinu systeem binnen een klein, hecht team. - Zorgen voor een effectieve ploegoverdracht en goede samenwerking met andere ploegen - Instellen, ombouwen, opstarten en troubleshooten van spuitgietmachines. - Team motiveren en zorgen voor een nette werkvloer volgens 5S. - Actief bijdragen aan een cultuur van “continuous improvement” door dagelijkse opportuniteiten te signaleren om efficiëntie, kwaliteit en veiligheid te verbeteren en vooral door zelf ondersteuning te bieden bij de implementatie hiervan.

Wie ben jij?

  • Ervaring met spuitgieten is een grote plus.
  • Je hebt een eerste leidinggevende ervaring.
  • Hands-on, nauwkeurig, flexibel, verantwoordelijk en assertief ingesteld.
  • Je staat stevig in je schoenen en bent in staat om een team te motiveren.

Opleiding: Professionele bachelor in een technisch richting (bij voorkeur elektromechanica) of gelijkwaardig.

Vakkennis: Kennis van Lean, 5S, Kaizen en ervaring met ERP (IFS/SAP) zijn troeven. Goede kennis van MS office (Word, Excel,..)

Talenkennis: Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands.

Attesten: Geen specifieke attesten vereist.
