The posting

Jij ziet graag hoe een technische tekening uitgroeit tot een stevige constructie. Je werkt graag zelf mee op de werf, maar neemt ook vanzelf het voortouw wanneer er keuzes gemaakt moeten worden. In deze functie combineer je technisch vakmanschap met verantwoordelijkheid binnen een vaste ploeg. Samen realiseer je uiteenlopende projecten in West-Vlaanderen, met zichtbaar resultaat op het einde van de werkdag.

Wat ga je doen? Als ploegverantwoordelijke montage stuur je een klein team van twee monteurs aan en blijf je zelf actief betrokken bij de uitvoering. Jouw werk bestaat uit:

  • Plaatsen en monteren van metalen constructies op maat
  • Meewerken aan mechanische montage- en laswerken
  • Taken verdelen en jouw ploeg praktisch aansturen
  • Technische plannen vertalen naar een correcte uitvoering
  • Overleggen met klanten en de projectopvolger
  • De voortgang, afwerking en veiligheid op de werf bewaken
  • Praktische oplossingen zoeken wanneer een project daarom vraagt

Je kent het werk op een werf en begrijpt hoe belangrijk duidelijke afspraken en een goede samenwerking zijn. Je hoeft geen leidinggevende op papier te zijn: praktijkervaring en de juiste ingesteldheid kunnen minstens even veel betekenen.

Waar ga je werken? Onze klant realiseert technische projecten en metalen constructies op maat. Door de combinatie van maatwerk en montagewerk blijft jouw job afwisselend en krijg je de kans om projecten van dichtbij op te volgen.

Je komt terecht in een toegankelijke werkomgeving met korte communicatielijnen. Mensen kennen elkaar, helpen elkaar vooruit en waarderen technische kennis. Je krijgt ruimte om zelfstandig te werken, terwijl je voor overleg of ondersteuning snel bij de juiste persoon terechtkunt.
