Wij zijn op zoek naar een ploegverantwoordelijke technische dienst.

De Groep Geestelijke Gezondheidszorg Philippus Neri Waas & Dender biedt psychiatrische behandeling op maat aan jongvolwassenen, volwassenen en ouderen met een psychische kwetsbaarheid in de regio Waasland. Het omvat het Psychiatrisch Ziekenhuis Sint-Lucia met campussen in Sint-Niklaas en Beveren-Waas, Beschut Wonen Waasland en het Psychiatrisch Verzorgingstehuis Casa Neri in Sint-Niklaas met in totaal meer dan 450 medewerkers. Samen met jouw collega ploegverantwoordelijke technische dienst sta je in voor de leiding van de technische dienst van PZ Sint-Lucia.

  • Je volgt de technische projecten en het onderhoud van de technisch-logistieke infrastructuur (installaties, apparatuur en materiaal) op via aansturing en begeleiding van het team van de technische dienst.
  • Je staat als leidinggevende in voor de planning en werkverdeling van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk om zowel schriftelijk als mondeling zaken over te brengen en bij te houden.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de hiërarchisch verantwoordelijke en de preventie-adviseur om technisch-logistieke realisaties haalbaar te houden qua timing en veiligheidsaspecten.
  • Je genoot een technische vooropleiding waardoor je kan aantonen dat je een grondige kennis hebt op het gebied van technisch beheer en onderhoud van gebouwen, technische installaties en aanhorigheden, en van facilitaire en logistieke dienstverlening (bij voorkeur binnen de zorgsector)
  • Je hebt minimale ervaring in een leidinggevende positie
  • Je weet op een duidelijke manier technische inzichten en processen te vertalen naar zowel medewerkers als jouw hiërarchisch verantwoordelijke
  • Je bezit een rijbewijs B
