Als PMO Lead bij Cratos Consulting in Bilthoven ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten van het Project Management Office (PMO) en het ontwikkelen van de organisatiestructuur en processen voor project- en programmabeheer. Je implementeert en beheert tools en methodologieën om de kwaliteit van projectresultaten te waarborgen. Je zorgt voor standaardisatie en kennisoverdracht van projectbeheersingsdisciplines, zoals: planning, risicomanagement, contractbeheer, BIM, configuratiebeheer en wijzigingsbeheer. Ook bevorder jij de samenwerking tussen de verschillende PMO-disciplines en stimuleert teamleden om zowel procesmatig als planmatig te werken. Als PMO Lead ben je ook betrokken bij het opstellen en opleveren van project- en faseplannen. Je zorgt ervoor dat het PMO een stabiele en gestructureerde omgeving is, waarin voortdurend wordt gezocht naar verbeteringen in processen, werkwijzen en communicatie. Daarnaast fungeer je als de brug tussen de contractmanager en de projectmanager bij wijzigingen en problemen met opdrachtnemers en leveranciers. Je adviseert de projectmanager en ondersteunt bij besluitvorming. Onze projecten bevinden zich door heel Nederland , met een focus op de Randstad en Noord-Nederland.
